Bridgeland® and The Woodlands® announced today the launch of their latest springtime promotion – Tic Tag Toll. Following the recent opening of the Grand Parkway segments that connect the two award-winning master planned communities, the Tic Tag Toll promotion in Bridgeland and The Woodlands urges new homeowners to take advantage of a toll tag on the Grand Parkway, bisecting Bridgeland and now connecting US 290 to The Woodlands.
When homebuyers purchase a new home from March 1 – April 30, 2016 in Bridgeland or The Woodlands, they will receive free tolls for one year or the homebuyer can choose a $2,000 gift card. Along with the Tic Tag Toll promotion, select builders in both communities are offering incentives such as appliance packages, discounts on closing costs, Visa gift cards, up to $40,000 in free Design Center options and more.
“The Grand Parkway simply makes it easier to get to and from home,” said Heath Melton, Vice President of Master Planned Communities, Residential Development for The Woodlands Development Company. “When you add the Tic Tag Toll promotion to participating builders’ incentives for two of the top master planned communities in Texas, you have a winning combination.”
Participating builders in Bridgeland who are offering incentives include Beazer, Chesmar, Coventry, Darling, J. Kyle, Meritage, Perry, Ryland, Taylor Morrison and Westin Homes. New homes in Bridgeland are priced from the $220s to more than $1 million.
In The Woodlands, builders who are offering incentives include Connor Davis, Coventry, Darling, David Weekley, Gracepoint, J. Kyle, J. Patrick, M/I Homes, Pulte, Ryland, Shea, Taylor Morrison, Trendmaker Homes, Toll Brothers and Village Builders. New homes are priced from the $300s to more than $1 million.
The Grand Parkway is now open for traffic between US 59 South and I-45 North and will be extended to 59 North in late March. The newest segment between US 290 and I-45 opened in February and substantially reduced commuting time between The Woodlands and Bridgeland – two master planned communities within The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) portfolio – and improved access to major employment centers.
Both websites, www.Bridgeland.com and www.TheWoodlands.com, include information on the Tic Tag Toll promotion. Homebuyers must have an electronic tag, Harris County ExTag, TxTAG or NTTA TollTag for the Grand Parkway. Home sales must close by December 31, 2016. For homebuilder promotions, see builders for details. Some restrictions may apply.
