Cross Creek Ranch Expands, Opens 18 New Models

 

(Fulshear, TX – Sept. 19, 2016) 

Cross Creek Ranch’s growth continues with the opening of six more neighborhoods and 18 new model homes this year, as well as increasing home sales.

While declining oil prices have softened Houston’s housing market in recent months, the Fulshear community has experienced a nearly 10 percent increase in sales over the previous year, said Rob Bamford, general manager of Cross Creek Ranch.

“Homebuyers are very interested in what we have to offer,” Bamford said. “We have a diverse array of home choices, from patio homes, designs for active adults and executive homes to custom and luxury homes with prices from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. So buyers are able to find a home that fits their needs and their budget.”

Trendmaker Homes, Newmark Homes, Highland Homes, Chesmar Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Taylor Morrison have all opened new neighborhoods within the north and west sections of the 3,200-acre community. Accompanying model homes showcase the floorplans and options buyers have available to them.

Taylor Morrison has opened eight active adult model homes in Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch, a neighborhood designed for adults age 55+. Homes in the enclave are priced from the mid $240,000s. The model homes showcase many subtle design features such as wide hallways, abundant lighting and no-step showers, as well as spacious outdoor living areas and open-concept design in the single-story plans. In addition to enjoying access to the many amenities found in Cross Creek Ranch, Bonterra residents also will enjoy a lagoon pool, fire pit, bocce ball and pickleball courts and a 10,000-square-foot community clubhouse with a fitness room, massage room, cards and craft room and more.

Well over 2,300 homes have been sold since Cross Creek Ranch opened in 2008. Bamford estimates that the community still has five years of active development left.

CHESMAR HOMES OPENS SALES IN LAUREL GLEN

Gold Award winners were announced on Tuesday, January 19 during NAHB’s International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.

After auditioning multiple singers, the team selected 24-year-old, Dallas-based performer Riley Deaver.

 

Immediately following the commercial’s debut, viewers began to inquire about downloading the song. As a result, “We’ve Arrived,” featuring Riley Deaver by Hook Society is now available on iTunes and all other major digital music sites.
